• Program engagement data such as check-in completion and response patterns

We use your information solely to deliver the YourSpotter coaching service:

• To send scheduled coaching check-ins, reminders, and progress messages via SMS
• To personalize your coaching experience based on your goals and program progress
• To generate aggregate, anonymized engagement data for program improvement

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your phone number or conversation data for advertising purposes.

3. SMS Consent and Opt-Out

Your phone number is collected solely for the purpose of delivering the YourSpotter coaching service. You provided explicit consent to receive SMS messages at the time of enrollment. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is never shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than delivering your coaching experience.

4. Data Sharing

We use the following third-party services to operate YourSpotter:

• Twilio — SMS message delivery
• Anthropic — AI coaching conversation processing
• Supabase — Secure data storage

These providers process your data only as necessary to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your coaching data for the duration of your active program and for a reasonable period afterward to support continuity if you return. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@yourspotter.com.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Conversation data is stored securely and access is limited to authorized systems.
