These Terms of Service govern your use of YourSpotter and the SMS coaching services provided through yourspotter.com. By enrolling and using YourSpotter, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

YourSpotter provides an AI-powered SMS coaching service that delivers personalized check-ins, progress tracking, and accountability support based on structured learning programs. The service is delivered primarily via SMS text messaging.

2. SMS Messaging

By enrolling in YourSpotter, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from YourSpotter, including:

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your program and check-in schedule. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use YourSpotter. By enrolling, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the phone number you provide is your own.

4. Not a Medical or Professional Service

YourSpotter is a coaching and accountability platform, not a medical, psychological, nutritional, or professional advisory service. The AI coaching provided is educational and motivational in nature. Nothing in the service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during enrollment and onboarding. You are responsible for the phone number you provide and for ensuring that SMS messages sent to that number are received by you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to manipulate the AI coaching system, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your YourSpotter coaching at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. If you have an active subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

YourSpotter is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourSpotter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
